A leading supplier of drive train components for automotive aftermarket is seeking a Call Center Representative II/Customer Support Technician. Position requires assisting call in customers with technical questions dealing with installation and application of drive train components. This position is responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision; reports to manager. Candidate must have strong mechanical aptitude, computer skills, excellent verbal and writing skills. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the aftermarket parts industry is desired. ASE certified and experience working in automotive retail environment a plus. Bilingual is preferred. Relocation package is available.
