OBDII CODE READER AND CUT OFF MIL. USED 3 TIMES TO CLEAR CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON DASH. GOT BETTER SCANNER, SO DON'T NEED NO MORE.GOOD FOR EMISSION TEST ON CAR '96 AND UP,WHICH IF LIGHT ON DASH SAY "CHECK ENGINE" TEST CENTER WILL NOT TEST CAR, THEY WILL SAY GO TO CAR DEALER,OR REPAIR SHOP TO HAVE SYSTEM CHECK OUT. THE SIMPLY PROBLEM CAN BE A LOOSE GAS CAP WHICH TURN ON LIGHT.
