Brake Servicing Equip.--Ammco 4000 Brake Lathes

| I have 3 lathes like this ready to go I also have a 3000 and 7000 lathes for $3500 CALL ME!!! Good used Ammco 4000 brake lathe with 6950 Twin Cutter, drum boring bar, small bench with metal chip tray, and adapters. Cuts disc and drum. Zero arbor runout. Just serviced. OPERATIONS PERFORMED IN BRAKE LATHE PREVENTIVE MAINTANENCE SERVICE 1. Dial indicate runout of arbor & straighten 2. Rethread boring bar stud 3. Pack front and rear infimatic feed roller bearings 4. Remove, clean and lubricate crossfeed casting 5. Clean and lubricate crossfeed leadscrew, nut and thrust bearings, and other necessary gears and shafts 6. Adjust tension for crossfeed tensioner spring 7. Drain and refill mainframe with clean lubricant 8. Lubricate drum feed screw and nut 9. Clean exterior of lathe 10. Adjust drive belt tension and replace if necessary 11. Align drive pulleys 12. Align disc drive coupling assembly 13. Replace boots as necessary 14. Align spindle lock assembly 15. Clean and sand tool holder bores in twin cutter casting 16. Chase threads for lock knobs in twin cutter 17. Lubricate micrometer dial clutches 18. Adjust micrometer dial clutches 19. lap arbor into spindle body 20. Resurface and true floating drum and hubless rotor adaptors 21. Check complete machine for proper operation Will deliver and set up in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Also have other brake lathe parts, adapters and accessories. Call for more info.
