Standard Features

Improved Switch Discovery
An updated, multi-faceted discovery process improves the OneTouch's ability to discover switches.
VoIP Device Discovery
The OneTouch's IP device discovery process has been enhanced to show Voice Over IP (VoIP) devices. The devices are placed into three different categories: Endpoints (stations), Servers, and Gateways. The new VoIP support allows you to quickly identify call Managers, H323 Gatekeepers, IP phones or MGCP call agents.
Strip Charting
Strip Charting shows you the Utilization over a period of approximately 1.5 minutes, helping you determine if the observed traffic is running at a steady state or bursty level. You can then make network changes based on this information. Strip Charting can display Utilization in both percentage and frames per second.
Status Line Information
Now you can touch the status line on any screen and quickly see instrument configuration parameters

Pro Features

VoIP Port Configuration
In addition to the standard features listed above, the Pro version of 3.0 allows you to drill into the discovered VoIP devices, see detailed station information and configure the port settings for VoIP protocols such as SIP and H.323.
500 Node Station List
OneTouch has been improved to work with larger, more complex networks. The station list capacity has been expanded to accommodate
500 nodes. The larger station list can be filtered to select only specific types of nodes including IP, IPX, DECnet and APPLETALK®. You can find stations quickly by scrolling through a side bar that takes you directly to the selected device.
