Owned and operated several car dealerships in the New York City area: Chrysler, Plymouth, Jeep, Dodge, Suzuki, and Kia. Very experienced in all aspects of dealerships: sales, service, parts, F&I, ADP, Reynolds and Arkona. Won numerous awards for highest SSI and CSI. Trained in Detroit with Chrysler in Dealer operations and in Atlanta with Joe Verde sales. Also trained in Detroit with Bentley Motors for new product development. I am an energetic 45 year and love the challenge of bringing an existing dealership to the next level.
2004-Present Bentley Long Island-Champion Motor Group
Hired as general manager to build sales in a new Bentley dealership And build used car sales of high line exotics. Ferrari, Porsche, Bentley, Masserati, Aston Martin, and Rolls Royce. Implemented and developed sales procedures and build internet dept.
2003-2004Rockland Resources LLC. Rockland Kia Bought dealership a year ago that was struggling. In 8 months took it to the only Kia dealership to qualify for Circle of Excellence and highest level of stand alone CSI and SSI. Sold dealership December 2003.
2001-2003Millennium Auto Family Dodge and Suzuki Asked by Chrysler Corporation to help failing dealership with absentee ownership. Took dealership that was selling 30 cars a month to 75 with highest CSI and SSI. Dealership became profitable in all areas of sales, service, and parts. Handled all aspects of day to day operations until dealership was sold.
1994-2001 Riverdale Chrysler Plymouth Jeep My first dealership that I owned 50% of. In a few years it became very profitable in all areas. Took dealership from 20 cars a month to over 90 new and used. Won many achievement awards from Chrysler.
1976-1994Founded Larry’s One Stop Advertising One Stop Advertising is a promotional and display business that works exclusively with car dealers and supermarkets. Sold 75 % of the company to pursue my love of automobiles. The company is still very successful.
