Independence Honda: From taking office on January 1st, 2004 thru December 15th, 2004 the finance office experienced a 71% increase with 5% fewer units sold. A significant portion of that was implementing a secondary finance practice. My per copy is around $839 a copy YTD and pacing $1025 for December.
Capitol City Chrysler, Dodge, and Nissan Inc: As a producer I averaged $1369 per copy on an average of 35 turns a month.
Lloyd Belt GM Center: I was brought in by Johnnie Neil (General Manager) to set up the secondary finance office. The office was set up with in 15 days including dealer agreements and advertising. I fulfilled my 6 month contract and left the office to the newly appointed manager.
