My objective is to help train and lead and agressive sales organization. To make and help others make the most money that we can while maintaining our integrity and honor. I am skilled in sales negotiation, closing and sales management along with advertising and inventory management. As a sales person I consistantly lead my team in Sales as well as Customer Satisfaction scores. I was awarded Membership into the Ford 300/500 club both as a sales person and a manager. I am motivated and fiercely loyal to my employer.
Education Graduated from Midway High School Various courses completed during time in U.S. Army Completed certification from Ford Motor Co in Sales and Sales Management Completed many Sales and Management courses : Ford, Volkswagon, Serve Sell, Half-a-Car, Zig Ziegler, Dale Carnegie, Joe Verde, Jackie Cooper Bob Cohen and various others.

Wilson Motors Duration: 10-28-2003 / Present Position: owner Duties/Responsibilities:
Buying and selling of used cars and trucks. I also handle the financing and warranty sales as well as reconditioning and bookkeeping.
* Bird-Kultgen Inc. Duration: 08-09-1983 / 09-29-03 Position: General Sales Manager Duties/Responsibilities:
I had originally started in the parts dept where I worked for 7 years. My duties there included Shipping and receivieng and inventory control. I was later promoted to parts sales. (inside as well as outside). In 1990 I moved to the Used Car dept as a salesperson. I excelled in this role and was awarded salesperson of the month more often than not. In 1996 I was promoted to New Car Salesmanager. I was awarded membership in Fords 300/500 club for outstanding performance. In 1997 I was promoted to General Sales Manager. In this position I oversaw the New and Used car teams as well as the Make Ready and Finance Departments. Soon after taking the position the dealership was consistantly leading our zone. I left the Company at the end od September 2003 to start my own Used Car Dealership.
