Ø02/18/02-12/31/04 Standard Truck Center, Inc, -The GMC and Isuzu franchises previously owned by the Chicago Truck Center were transferred and in 1983 the Peterbilt franchise was added. My position is Accounting Manager reporting to the President, Tom Donlon and the Controller of Standard Equipment Company. My duties remain the same as at the Chicago Truck Center but the duties of system administrator for the Reynolds and Reynolds computer system and payroll have been added.
Ø10/00-02/18/02 Chicago Truck Center, Inc.-In January of 2000, I was hired as a consultant with the Chicago Truck Center and Southside Ford Truck Sales to perform various projects including bank reconciliation’s, schedule reconciliation’s and training of dealership personnel. I was hired as CFO on October 1, 2000.

I also was responsible for the conversion of two computer systems into the Reynolds Computer System.
Ø4/86-8/96 Frank J Lynch Motors, Inc, Lynch Chevrolet, Inc. and Lynch Ford, Inc. – Office Manager/Asst Controller – Managed the accounting and data Processing functions, supervised and trained an office staff of 12, responsible for closing the books for all three dealership, preparing 5 Manufacturer as well as 4 in house financial statements, prepared all sales, use and excise taxes for the 3 dealerships. Assisted the controller with preparation of financial projections and analysis.
