Cutting high strength steel. -Structural Analysis and Damage Repair II-Diagnose and measure structural damage using tram and self-centering gauges. Able to weld high strength steel. -Plastic and Adhesives Painting and Refinishing I- Able to repair plastic parts by welding urethane or epoxy adhesive and also able to retexture plastic parts. Select and use the proper personal safety equipment for surface preparation, spray gun and related equipment. Use of correct methods to remove and replace heated and non-heated glass. Remove and replace modular glass. -Painting and Refinishing II-Surface preparation and the methods of applying primer to repaired areas, Inspect, clean and determine condition of spray guns and related equipment. -Painting and Refinishing III-Able to mix paints using formula, match and apply paint. Able to apply multi-stage (tri-coat) paint. Able to buff and polish finishes to remove defects.
